José Manuel Pérez Ovejas, Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas oenologist, with a superb performance, has finished his stay in the Mexican capital. Thanks to "Club del Gourmet, Vinos de Gran Clase" has been possible to organize several activities and presentations which have achieved a huge success. Cepa Gavilán, Viña Pedrosa and Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección reached the mexican market 17 years ago, when D. Ignacio Torreblanca and Dña. Cristina Gaitán, owners of Club del Gourmet,Vinos de Gran Clase trusted Pérez Pascuas family, being Pérez Pascuas brothers a pioneer winery in Ribera del Duero. "México is one of the main countries where the winery exports to" José Manuel declares, he also feels very confortable in México and has really good friends in the Mexican country, a country deeply loved by him. José Manuel Pérez had a very busy agenda to attend all the wine events and He was accompanied by the very professional human team of Club del Gourmet, Vinos de Gran Clase. José Manuel showed his dynamism and explained in great detail what the secret is to place Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas at the top when we talk about premium wines all over the world. "We work hard to keep our prestige" José Manuel Pérez states. Today Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas is considered one of the best wineries in Spain and this is because of its unrivalled regularity showed since the very benning. The quality is the pilar of our job. Our wines are exported to more than 35 countries and they are lider wines on the international market. The oenologist of this winery, tells with great satisfation and pride that for 7 years the Pope Juan Pablo II chose Viña Pedrosa Wine for the mass and dinner on Christmas Eve, being this an important point in the history of Bodegas Hnos. José Manuel deeply thanked Ignacio Torreblanca and Cristina Gaitán for the efficient management and the optimum position of Pérez Pascuas wines in México, both Cristina and Ignacio have done an excellent job and they are considered as opinion liders in their country. Nacho and Cristina, together with Ricardo Torreblanca have a fabolous team. This top level team have hugely helped to organize Jose Mauel Perez wine tasting tour in México.
