José Manuel Pérez Ovejas, oenologist of this winery gave a horizontal tasting to media, wine professionals, owners of restaurants and wine shops and of course really good friends like Cofarte and Oliver Club ... Brero Canarias and Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas organized this event in a very professional way and offered to all the people invited to taste the new vintages: Cepa Gavilán 2005, Viña Pedrosa Crianza 2004, Viña Pedrosa Reserva 2003, Viña Pedrosa Gran Reserva 2001 and Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección 2001 being this one the main protagonist of this event and got most of the praises. More than 120 people were captivated by this premium wine and all of them showed a great interest in every single wine of this pioneer and mythical winery of Ribera del Duero. " It is a privilege for us to taste this wine", "An authentic wine", "You can feel on it a very wise vinification process and the very old vines". These were the most listened comments amongst the passionate guests. The whole human team Brero Canarias and José Manuel Pérez, oenologist of Pérez Pascuas Brothers Winery attended one by one to all the guests, this gesture was deeply valued by the professionals who attended this event. José Manuel Pérez after talking to the media, He invited to all the guests to visit Pérez Pascuas Brothers Winery located in Pedrosa de Duero to check by themselves how the winery makes its wine. Recently, part of the Board of Directors of Cofarte visited the winery and they all said that It was an unforgettable experience. On the next day, José Manuel Pérez together with Brero family went to have dinner invited by two great wine-lovers, Pipo e Ignacio, to the private Oliver Club. With a very sincere gratitude and an effusive goodbye, José Manuel declared that He had felt very confortable in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and valued as a very positive this professional presentation which had a big repercussion on the capital of the Canary Isles. |
