BODEGAS HNOS. PÉREZ PASCUAS AWARDED EL MASTER DE ORO DEL FORUM DE ALTA DIRECCIÓN PRIZE 2007.
EXPORTING VOCATION AND INTERNATIONAL RENOWNED WINE, EXAMPLE OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT.

Pérez Pascuas Brothers, Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas founders and Viña Pedrosa vineyard owners have been awarded El Master de Oro del Forum de Alta Dirección Prize 2007 due to their exporting vocation and international renowned wine during the ceremony held in Madrid at Pastrana Palace.

El Forum de Alta Dirección is an organization founded in 1982 whose honour president is the Spanish King Juan Carlos. El Master de Oro Prize has as a main goal to recognize those people of public relevance who have stood out due to their professional contribution on economic, cultural, social and political area who have conquered new sectors or markets, or have helped for a far better social vertebration.

This organization has decided to award Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas due to its brilliant professional career over the last 27 years.
El Master de Oro Awards 2007 spokesman highlighted " the unchallenged quality of its wine and its excellent human quality where a familiar team well-coordinated is one of the bases of its success.
Its wines, Cepa Gavilan, Viña Pedrosa and Pérez Pascuas are marketed in more than 35 countries which represent 40% of its total market. Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas from the very beginning was part of the wineries group which founded the Regulatory Council in Ribera del Duero.

Among the personalities who have been awarded years before we can highlight the ones very close to Castilla y Leon, for example:

*Juan José Lucas, Senate vice-president.
*Jose María Cuevas, CEOE expresident.
*Cristobal Gabarran Organization.
*Tomas Villanueva, Junta de Castilla y Leon vice-president.
*Julio Fermoso, Caja Duero Bank president.

On Benjamín, Manuel and Adolfo opinion " this is a very important prize which means satisfation and pride to Pérez Pascuas family. Our father Mauro was a visionary and avanced man. A wise viticultor who knew how to transfer all his love for the vineyards to his sons and was the real saga inspirer. We want to offer this prize to him because of his initiative, courage, and daring" Pérez Pascuas stated.
The three brothers travelled to Madrid, the capital of Spain where Eduardo Aguirre, U.S.A Embassador in Spain, Viña Pedrosa wine-lover and close friend of the family gave them El Master de Oro. " This Master gives us enough strength to go on with our projects and to maintain our wine-making philosophy to keep at the very top on wine rankings Viña Pedrosa wine." The brothers stressed.

Nowadays, Pérez Pascuas Brothers have invested 4.20 millions euros to expand the winery facilities and have strongly bet on strong personaltiy, authentic and terruño wines" as described by the brothers. The secret to make Viña Pedrosa wine lies on their 120 hectares of own vineyard.
