THE RUSSIAN CHORUS OPTINA PUSTYN VISITS VIÑA PEDROSA.
ANGELIC VOICES IMPREGNATED BY PÉREZ PASCUAS BROTHERS RED WINES.
"Perfect vocal chorus with Viña Pedrosa wines" It was one of the most repeated comments by the members of the Russian Optina Pustyn Chorus after the visit to Bodegas Hnos. Pérez Pascuas.

The Russian chorus Optina Pustyn was founded in 1996 by Alexander Semyonov. The chorus has 8 masculin voices directed by the specialist in songs from different countries, Alexander Semenov. Thanks to the chorus colaboration with a group of scientists, they were collecting different scores from the old song that formed part of the chorus repertory.
This repertory is completed by the adaptations of the Russian folk songs and by the sacreg music from XVI and XX century.

Alexander Kuznetsov, Russian Federation Ambassador in Spain, great friend of Pérez Pascuas Brothers and Viña Pedrosa wine lover, was the person who introduced Optina Pustyn Chorus to Pérez Pascuas Brothers. All of them enjoyed the tour and the wine tasting organized by José Manuel Pérez Ovejas and Manuel Pérez Pascuas at the winery facilities in Pedrosa de Duero.

Most of the Russian Chorus members had enjoyed Viña Pedrosa wines before in their native countrie, Russia, one of the best clients of Viña Pedrosa on the international market, and they made the most of their visit to know first-hand Viña Pedrosa, La Navilla and Pérez Pascuas wine-making process. Every single chorus member agreed to point the magisterial work done on the vineyards and the sophisticated vinifaciton process.

"It is a pleasure to share visit, tasting and table with Pérez Pascuas Brothers, we have felt at home, the brothers human quality is impossible to decribe" These words were pronounced by Alexander Kuznetsov shortly before to their departure and at the same time thinking about their next visit to Viña Pedrosa.
