RIBERA DEL DUERO PAYS TRIBUTE TO PÉREZ PASCUAS BROTHERS AS RIBERA DEL DUERO D.O. FOUNDERS.
Pérez Pascuas Brothers, mythical winemakers are now officially part of Ribera del Duero history.

Pérez Pascuas Brothers together with Alejandro Fernández, Ismael Arroyo, Anastasio García and the dead Pablo Peñalba were honoured as pioneer winemakers in Ribera del Duero D.O.

At surprise ceremony and accompanied by more than 200 people amongst, relatives, authorities and journalist, Pérez Pascuas Brothers were consecrated as mythical winemakers and from now on their names are part of the Ribera del Duero history.

Javier Pérez Andrés, “Argi” magazine general manager and show presenter wanted to point out the excellent job carried out by these enterprising winemakers.

Juan Vicente Herrera, Junta de Castilla y Leon Chief President, described the honoured winemakers as real ambassadors from our land. “You all represent our land essence, keep alive what vine means: deep roots and opened branches to get the very best of the harvest”, concluded Juan Vicente.

A historical report dedicated to Pérez Pascuas brothers underlined Benjamín’s viticulture mastery, Manuel’s intuitive and daring nature and Adolfo’s unbettable commercial role to conquer top-quality markets worldwide.

Pérez Pascuas Brothers agreed to point out that this tribute has been one of the most emotive awards in their lifes, a summary of his excel attitude always full with a great illusion.
