The enterprising capacity and the clear commitment to its birthplace have been some of the most important reasons to be awarded with FAE de ORO 2009 as the best company in Burgos.
Apart from their enterprising capacity and clear commitment to its birthplace, It is important to point out the winery’s evolution and its presence on the international market. Pérez Pascuas Brothers Winery is a clear example of exemplary familiar business, always being present the image of Mauro Pérez, the grandfather of the family, the three brothers have achieved to be present in more than 35 countries worldwide. From the 33 initial hectares, today they own more than 135 and the total production per year is 550.000 bottles. Viña Pedrosa top quality has placed its wines at the highest position on international wine rankings . Amongst Viña Pedrosa wines, it is important to point out that Pérez Pascuas Gran Selección wine, “the star wine” is part of the small group of world elite wines.

On the other hand, from FAE has been considered Viña Pedrosa innovative policy, this winery is the first one on wine-tourism in Ribera del Duero thanks to its fabulous facilities to carry out wine activities.

It is important to point out that other important reason valued by FAE to award this pioneer winery in Ribera del Duero has been its continuos investment to cover new needs. Since 1980 the winery investment reaches 20 millions of euros.

Lastly, Pérez Pascuas contribution’s to the region economic development. A Pedrosa de Duero-based company with 30 employees, a high number of workers for a company in the countryside.
