This elite wine is one of the best premium wines worldwide. 24 months in barrel and 38 months in bottle. José María Bermúdez de Castro and Eudald Carbonell, Ribera del Duero wine supporters, enjoyed the wine tasting and shared their impressions with the President and vice-president of Ribera del Duero Regulatory Council, and regret that the third co-director, Juan Luis Arsuaga could not come to the appointment because of personal reasons. Balance, freshness and elegance were the adjectives used to described Viña Pedrosa Wines by the members of Atapuerca Foundation. “Pérez Pascuas facilities are gorgeous and very working efficiency design, lost of square metres perfectly organized on a scenery of great beauty” declared the codirectors. “ Viña Pedrosa vineyard is amazing, old vines pampered by the experience of the oldest ones and the knowledge of the youngest ones. Doubtless, Viña Pedrosa quality is a loyal reflection of a demanding viticultural work”. Stressed the General Manager.
